Demiromantic Pride Flag

Demiromantic people only experience romantic attraction after forming a strong emotional connection with someone, which puts demiromanticism on the aromantic spectrum. Its flag mirrors the layout of the demisexual flag, with a black chevron on the left and stripes of white, green and grey. The green is borrowed from the aromantic flag, where it stands for the aromantic spectrum. There's no recorded designer and the colour meanings vary between sources. The usual reading links black to the wider asexual and aromantic community, white to friendship, green to the aromantic spectrum and grey to grey-romantic people. It's a niche flag, mainly available from specialist pride sellers, and often bought by people who also fly the aromantic or demisexual flags. Like most flags in this guide, the Demiromantic Pride Flag is usually sold in the UK as a 5 x 3 ft (about 150 x 90 cm) polyester flag with two metal eyelets, ready for a flagpole, wall or window.

What the colours mean

Black chevron	The asexual and aromantic community
	White	Commonly read as friendship
Green	Romance and the aromantic spectrum

The colour bar above shows the flag's palette, not a drawing of it: chevrons, circles and symbols aren't shown. Meanings are as commonly given by the flag's designer or community, and some flags have more than one accepted reading.
